Kangbao Bailv Meat Products Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned, export-oriented food processing enterprise invested by Pallygreen (Beijing) International Trading Co., Ltd. Founded in 1978, the processing plant is located in Kangbao County, Hebei Province, on the Bashang Grasslands at the junction of Hebei, Shanxi, and Inner Mongolia. The area is free from heavy industry and chemical plants, with abundant natural resources and a clean environment, making it an important production base for meat and vegetables in China.

The factory covers 57,725 square meters, with a total construction area of 7,600 square meters, including a 5,600-square-meter processing workshop and a low-temperature cold storage with a capacity of over 1,000 tons. The facility is fully equipped with automatic temperature control, fully enclosed production workshops, and a scientifically designed process flow, capable of processing various cooked and raw products including meat, seafood, fruits, and vegetables. The company employs more than 500 staff, all professionally trained in food processing, with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of cooked meat products and 2,000 tons of frozen fruits and vegetables.

On December 26, 1989, the company was recognized by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as a designated heat-treatment plant for cloven-hoofed meat, registration number 1300/03152.
